2023 - 2025 FELLOWSHIP

BY RESPECT VIETNAM & VCOL COMMUNITY PARTNERS

FELLOWSHIP FOR 100 FEMALE LEADERS
OF LEARNING ORGANISATIONS

The exponential growth projected for the Vietnamese economy presents both opportunities and a myriad of challenges for women. The dynamic business environment, driven by increasing affluence, improving infrastructure, and rapid changes, has led to greater complexity and heightened gender inequality, particularly in leadership roles.

Female leadership must therefore be refined and rewarded, especially in addressing the often-overlooked yet rapidly growing: INSPIRING & LEADING CHANGES THROUGH ORGANISATIONAL LEARNING. This approach has proven critical for achieving excellence at the organizational, team, and individual levels across all industries.

Organizational learning is recognized as the unique "DO THE RIGHT THINGS RIGHT" strategy for leaders, particularly women, who are committed to transforming their organizations from good to great.

As one of the founding members of the Vietnam Community of Organisational Learning (VCOL), Respect Vietnam is dedicated to celebrating female leadership in learning organizations. To this end, we are launching the Coaching Fellowship for 100 women leaders with the potential to make a significant impact across Vietnam.

The Coaching Fellowship is a professional coaching program designed for female leaders in both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Our experienced coaches are dedicated to accelerating leadership potential and working with fellows to achieve their goals of building learning organizations.

Our women leader fellows will join a national network of impactful women, spanning over 100 organizations across Vietnam.

Each of the 100 female leaders will receive coaching over a period of 1 to 6 weeks to develop her Learning Self, Learning Teams, and Learning Organizations, as outlined in the "Made in Vietnam" Organisational Learning Model developed by Respect Vietnam.

The Coaching Fellowship is sponsored by Respect Vietnam, its endorsers, and the founding members of the Vietnam Community of Organisational Learning (VCOL).

The stories of the 100 female leader fellows will be captured and shared through 200 comics, pre-launch, post-launch, and post-fellowship (see Tentative Agenda below).
