Ok, so Vampire Weekend has two songs that mention Cape Cod on one album, the self-titled Vampire Weekend. However, in interviews, the band has admitted that only 1/4 of members have even been to Cape Cod, the vocalist being the only one.
The Hottest 100 Of The Decade has upped the stakes, as you now have to put together your 10 favourite songs of the last 10 years. It's made even harder by the fact there are so many good songs to come out of the 2010s - including some that weren't given the love they deserved in the Hottest 100 the year they were released, but continue to stick in our minds. This year, we're gonna avenge their low or non-existing placings by making sure they're given the credit they deserve.

Despite everything that has happened since, it's hard to deny that Azealia Banks' debut single, 212, changed the sound of hip-hop. Since its release in 2012, people have tried (and failed) to capture the energy that Azealia exuded on the track. There's scant few songs that have had such a long-lasting impact, and indeed, you can still hear the song on a night out, so it's pretty shocking it didn't register a mention on the Hottest 100 of 2012. We're tipping that won't be the case on the decade's countdown.
