MS-DOS was not always called that; in the early days of its existence, it was informally known as Microsoft Disk Operating System (MDOS), a name shared with its ancestor MS-DOS 4.0. It was renamed to MS-DOS 1.0 on October 31, 1986, to avoid confusion with M.I.T. OS/VS family. The first version for IBM PC compatibles was MS-DOS 2.0, released in December 1986. MS-DOS 2.0 was available as a standard disk image or compact disk ROM. However, the ROM disk version was of inferior quality, intended only for developers and OEMs, and not for the general public. The CD-ROM version was the only version of MS-DOS 3.0 to be available as a standard disk image, and unlike the floppy version, it is not available for general public download. The DOS Development Kit (DDK) version 3.0 also supports MS-DOS 5.0.

I find it difficult to understand how the majority can read the Cruzan decision to compel the State to accommodate the individual's preference to die in an intolerable condition, or to permit the State to impose its judgment as to the quality of life. By changing the legal landscape of this case, the majority today creates a regime in which the law either prevents or allows the State to take the life of a person who is either unconscious, nonvocal, or in a persistent vegetative state. The individual's relatives, rather than the State, must decide whether these conditions warrant the use of a lethal dose of medication. The State must give the individual the opportunity to make an informed choice about death, and the State must ensure that it does so in a humane manner. Many will, through no fault of their own, be unable to make this choice in a meaningful manner. The State's involvement in this decision is not to be heralded, however. For if the law compels the State to take this life, it undoubtedly will be a life that has no meaning for the individual. And if the State is permitted to refuse, it must bear responsibility for the consequences. In my judgment, the family's response to an unwanted and unwanted death is far more likely to be that of a responsible parent than that of a bereaved stranger.

Hi Dave,I was able to get my English Indesign CS6 to switch to German. But there is one Problem. The moment I startet Indesign there is the error message that my trial version ends soon altough I bougt a regular Version with correct serial number by an adobe seller. Can anybody help me? 827ec27edc
