Jessie was the protagonist of Disney's 1981 animated feature little black book. Although the movie is generally remembered for the controversy surrounding the whether or not Finn McMissile (McDonald Mouse) and Gyro Gearloose (Crane with a Cod Liver Oil Dilemma) were reincarnated, it is best known for the deeply unfunny Art Carney performance as Mary Frances' father, Clark.
She was voiced by B.D. Wong, and was created by Will Vinton. Jessica Rabbit is perhaps the most well-known of the new and improved Disney princesses, and has been named one of the best such characters ever. In "Fantasia 2000", she is shown to wear a special sweater which makes her ears smaller. When she tries to get out of it, she shakes and slicks her hair into a sexy look.
Jessica Rabbit is, in most respects, an urban legend. She is a cartoon character first and foremost, with no actual history that is traceable beyond the brief appearances in the television series Little Rascals and its remake. The character is supposed to be an actual member of the Warner Bros. studio cartoon team, but the only known connection is the fact that the Jessica Rabbit trademark is owned by Lucasfilm Ltd., who had just completed their re-releases of all three Star Wars films. Elaborate narrative has been proposed for her that includes a tragic origin tale involving her working as a sex slave to a Betamax director, but the only fact that is actually (and deliberately) corroborated is that she was originally designed by artist Charles M. Schulz for his strip, The Silly Symphonies
The character of Jessica Rabbit has become something of a legend to many and now she appears in Baywatch as well as being the star of a successful UK television series. Reviewing these two attempts she once again, just seems a bit too sexualised for a cartoon character not designed for kids. A red dress would be more appropriate, as are shoes and under clothes. Of course since she is a cartoon character, she does not need all those. d2c66b5586
