I would also remind you to check out the Steam Market. A lot of games that are not on Steam are up for sale, because they're only $10. If you're on a low income or just want to save some cash, look into that.
I want to play that Symphony of the Night but it's not on Steam and that Fallout 3 is going to be $80 and it's DRM. So, are we willing to pay $80 for a game that we can't be sure will work for us? Not me.
srw, i use my own folder as a steam library (i have steam on a different HDD). I have the game in my steam folder, but i can not start the game, since i have no shared steam folder. So i dont have the game installed, cause its not in my library... :S
