Hi. I bought an Asus Zenpad 10 z300c and i am able to use the 5GHz wifi, but i cannot use any wifi. I did a complete reset of the device and then i installed the firmware update for android Lollipop 5.0.1.04, but i can't use any wifi. I found in google that maybe is a problem with the antenna or the card. Can you help me to solve this problem, please?

I'm having an issue with the WiFi for my Asus Zenpad 10 z300c. I have tried everything and nothing will work for me. I am able to connect to 5Ghz networks and cannot connect to 2.4Ghz networks. I have the latest firmware updates, and the device is running the latest version of Android 5.0. I have tried turning off the WiFi hotspot and resetting the device. I have tried toggling the WiFi of the tablet to manual and then setting it to fastbulk and then to auto but that doesn't work either. I am not able to connect to any 2.4Ghz networks either. I can see 2.4Ghz networks around me and my friend's phone can connect to the 2.4Ghz networks. So it is a problem with my device and not with my WiFi adapter. Any ideas?

I have discussed it with asus support, they told me that it can't be fixed and it is a common problem. However, they are not even sure if it is a problem with the tablet or with ubuntu or other linux. I have never installed any wifi driver or anything else for the tablet.
